Been baking small-batch, hand-rolled, fresh bagels for 2.5 years using the best local, seasonal ingredients, as well as the far flung and exotic. I have created 162 different varieties and generally have at least one new special every week. With a little luck I will hopefully be moving into and opening a physical location by the end of the year. A store would open up the possibility of breakfast sandwiches and cafe!

My personal favorite is my “E8”(everything) bagel made with delicious 8 item mix that I also sell by the jar.
Who is your favorite vendor at the OCPM?
So as to not offend any of my many market associates, I can only answer the diplomatic way I’ve heard a Jazz musician answer about their favorite song…the next one. Favorite vendor is the one I haven’t met yet. (pardon the pretension)
