Ingredients
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice plus more for sprinkling
3 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1 Granny Smith apple cut into 8 slices
1 8- ounce tube Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice in a small bowl.
- Toss apple slices in butter.
- Arrange crescent roll triangles on baking sheet and sprinkle brown sugar mix onto each triangle.
- Sprinkle each triangle evenly with pecans.
- Place an apple slice on the wide end of each triangle and wrap dough around it.
- Brush each crescent roll with butter and dust with pumpkin pie spice.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 375 degrees until golden.
- Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
